3 Colour Crochet Flower Hanging Decorations

Requires:

DK yarn

3.5mm or 4mm hook

This pattern uses UK terminology

tr = treble crochet         htr = half treble crochet

Instructions:

Chain 3, join with a slip stitch into a ring

Round 1: ch3, make 1tr into ring, ch2, *make 2tr into ring, ch2, repeat from * 4 times more, slip stitch to join

Cut off yarn and join in 2^nd colour

Round 2: working into a chain space, ch2, 1htr into same space, ch3, *2htr into next chain space, ch3, repeat from * 4 times more, slip stitch to join

Cut off yarn and join in 3^rd colour

Round 3: working into a chain space, ch3, 4tr into same space, slip stitch into centre of the two stitches of the 2^nd colour, *5tr into next chain space, slip stitch into centre of the next two stitches of the 2^nd colour, repeat from * 4 times more, slip stitch to join

Fasten off

You can add a hanging chain if desired by making a chain of 16sts before the final join, or by using a single long loop before fastening off
